Preheat the airfryer to 200 degrees. Season the chicken breasts with the paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper, spray with frylight and pop in the airfryer for 18-20 minutes until cooked through and a bit golden on top.

You can totally reheat this one for a warm lunch, just make sure it's all piping hot before you tuck in! Keep the rice and sauce separate if possible xx
