Thai Honey Beef Rice Bowls

This sauce is the dream- sweet, sticky, a little bit tangy and sooo good with the beef!! I love serving these with a sprinkle of sesame seeds and spring onions on top if I have them!

Notes

I love serving these with a sprinkle of sesame seeds and spring onions on top if I have them! | To reheat: pop in the microwave for around 2-3 minutes until piping hot, giving it a stir halfway through. Add a tiny splash of water if it looks a bit dry- it keeps in the fridge for up to 3 days!
