Notes

Tip for meal prepping: best made fresh, but here are your options for taking to work:

  • If you've got an airfryer, keep the cajun chicken filling separate from the pittas and cheese, then stuff and airfry for 5 mins when ready to eat to get them properly crispy and melty!
  • If you've got a microwave, stuff the pittas fully at home and just microwave for 1-2 mins to melt the cheese (won't be crispy but still delicious!)
  • If you've got neither, make the pittas fully at home, let them cool completely then wrap in foil. They still taste amazing cold like a proper packed lunch pitta!

The filling lasts in the fridge for 3-4 days either way!
