Was really tasty but rice was really difficult to cook, (probably me) if that cooked properly then would have been really tasty!!

I’m not sure why really, it just wasn’t cooking took a long time not sure if I put enough water in first of all or mayb I needed a bigger saucepan for the ingredients I was gutted as it tasty lovely but just wasn’t cooked, I will try again though
