Hot Honey Halloumi Breakfast Muffins
The hot honey on these is unreal- sweet, spicy, salty, all the good stuff!! Cooking the halloumi and eggs in the same pan keeps it nice and easy, less washing up!

Thai Honey Beef Rice Bowls
This sauce is the dream- sweet, sticky, a little bit tangy and sooo good with the beef!! I love serving these with a sprinkle of sesame seeds and spring onions on top if I have them!

The trick with this one is to cook the chorizo separately and pop it on top at the end so it stays nice and crispy — sooo good!! You can swap the elmlea for normal single cream but it bumps the calories up a bit!

This one is such a winner because everything goes in the one tray ~ the potatoes soak up all the chorizo oil and honey and they're sooo good!! I sometimes add some greens on the side like tenderstem or green beans!
