I used blueberries, dark chocolate and banana protein powder instead. Worked out around 250kcals when cut into 6 slices.

Could you use ready brek style oats for this to get a smoother consistency or would it weigh differently do you think and make the calories inaccurate ? Loving the recipes !

Ready Brek should work just fine! It'll give a smoother consistency and should weigh much the same as regular oats to not affect calories notably! So happy you're loving the recipes ❤️xx

they can last in the fridge for about 4-5 days 😊 Make sure to store in an airtight container and you can freeze them as well x
