Amazing recipe, so delicious, however the soy sauce quantity is insane (I have noticed that with the app, as you scale up recipes it also scales up salty elements too much) 3tbsp along with the broth which has miso and soy in it is insane. I’d go with 1.5tbsp tops if I made it again as the salt level did make it really hard going. The other components are fabulous and it all works well together - just beware the soy!
