Preheat the airfryer to 200 degrees. Cut the potatoes into small cubes (about 2cm), spray with frylight and sprinkle over some paprika, cumin and salt. Airfry for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy, shaking halfway through.

Tip: if you're taking this to work, keep the cheese, soured cream, lettuce and cherry tomatoes separate from the beef and potatoes. Reheat the beef and potatoes in the microwave, then add the cold toppings when you're ready to eat so nothing goes soggy! Or if you donβt have access to a microwave, cook as normal with the cheese but just leave the soured cream off & add when eating- will still be just as nice!
