Great question! You only need 3 tbsp of cornflour total 😄 Once for the chicken, and a bit for the sauce paste xx

Hi, the cornflour is on there twice! When should it be added? I added it during step 2 and not sure it looks right!

Thank you so much for spotting that! 😊 You add the cornflour in step 2 to coat the chicken and again after step 5, mixed with water to thicken the sauce. xx
