Loved this! Very filling and great flavours! I made 2 days worth for me and my partner, it was a little dry the second day so popped some more sauce in but was delish!

I didn't have as much lettuce so used cucumber and OMG this is the best thing I've ever made!!!

This makes a lovely big portion 😊 if making in advance, I’d add the croutons just before eating, as mine got a bit soggy.
