Is this 0% fat yoghurt ?

You can use either 0% fat or full-fat yogurt, whichever you prefer 🤗 Just aim for thick and creamy so the oats get a nice consistency!

I use the canderel sugarly one as it tastes the most like sugar in my opinion! and no I don't personally xx
