Going to try with chicken tonight instead! I made the mistake of cutting the steak before cooking and it didn’t look great but tasted ok

Great! Chicken will work just as well. For steak slices that look nice, cutting after cooking is best since it keeps them juicy. Hope you enjoyed the chicken xx
