Made this for 4 portions and omg there was so much!!! Also did homemade meatballs which were lovely. Maybe need less stock next time but when I reheat the 2 left over portions later in the week I feel this would have soaked up some of that excess sauce. Needed to be browned for longer but this girl was hungry š

Lovely to hear you enjoyed it and those homemade meatballs sound fab! š Try reducing the stock a little more next time if you find it a bit saucy, or perfect for more sauce after reheating ā¤ļø Warming it up in the oven for a few extra mins can give you some extra crisp too xx

I just used the standard meatballs from Aldi, I think probably around 125g x
