Just made the reeses overnight oats and wanted it for 1 person, but the method said seperate into 2 bowls which ive done si now have 2 portions. Made sure it was ingredients for 1 person on ingredients. Is the calories halved then or is it still for one person even though its now in 2 bowls/portions? So 40g oats, 180g yoghurt, 1 reese cup now split into 2 bowls

splitting into bowls doesn't change the calories, so just eat one bowl for the portion size you're after. xx
