I enjoyed this breakfast and it was simple to make. The only thing I found difficult was spreading the biscoff spread as even after melting it, it didn’t pour very well so was unable to cover it all over. I also left out the biscuits as didn’t feel I needed it! There seemed to be a lot of egg mixture at the bottom but I couldn’t actually taste it in the end! Will definitely be having again 😋

looks lovely! with the biscoff spread I always melt it in the microwave before, makes it easier to spread! xx
